Fitness exercise and therapy are both pathways for personal growth and transformation.

Like perfect complements, one strengthens the flesh and bones, the other strengthens the invisible muscles - the mind, the heart and the soul.

Speaking from experience, I combined therapy and fitness workouts to heal my physical and subtle bodies when I was on the mend years ago. And it is now my aim to guide others who wish to embark on a similar journey.
