To new beginnings

In this debut post, I would like to celebrate the official launch of Metta Therapeutic Healing by expressing my gratitude to family, friends, teachers, peers and former colleagues - pretty much everyone who shaped the therapist and solopreneur that I am today.

• To former coworkers and mentors - thank you for the professional growth opportunities at work. Working with data enhanced my capacity for critical and creative thinking. My dormant coding skills were put to good use in the development of this website too (ha!).

• To my teachers and peers - thank you for all the educational experiences that nurtured my mind, heart and soul. I strive to pay your knowledge and wisdom forward to the community I serve, and to uphold the cause of lifelong learning and personal growth.

• To my dearest family and friends - I carry the love and support you have given to me into every therapeutic encounter with my clients. May the healing and service that I put forth be multiplied and find its way back to you. Thank you for the gift of life, unconditional love and friendship.
